Leah Wacks has been writing creatively since grade school, but didn’t really get hooked on novel writing till she was convinced to join a friend in a dare to take part in National Novel Writing Month. Insanity ensued. She didn’t complete the 50,000 words in 30 days goal that year, but she was hooked.

Leah has since gone on to not only triumph during NaNoWriMo, but has gone on to join Prescott Writing Adventures Group and now writes as often as she can. In real life Leah Wacks works as the Education Coordinator of Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary and lives with her two cats, Abraxas and Kachina.
